Purpose

 Suhail is a capacity-building program designed for the benefit of employees in Governmental and non-profit organizations in terms of monitoring and evaluation, with a core focus on improving the effectiveness and impact of Development Projects and Initiatives.

  • Employees in charge of Project Management and Initiatives in non-profit organizations (NPOs) 
  • Government Employees and the Personnel in charge of Initiatives and Projects in the non-profit sector and Vision Realization Offices (VROs) and the National Transformation Program (NTP).

Training Description

From Basics to Advanced level, the training is conducted online, and each level involves both theoretical and practical aspects: 

Practical Part

  1. Two case studies (one  participant from a government agency + one participant from a non-profit organization), can be used to explore further  the concept by doing successive hands-on training  on the Project in question to act as a key  enabler for sequential cognitive development. 
  2. Hands-on training to ensure the acquisition of the requisite skills that fall under the training objectives 

Theoretical Part

  1. Theoretical content designed to meet the training objectives and is perfectly aligned with the Kingdom’s vision 2030 (it can be recorded and presented as separate audio and video theoretical content) 
  2. Quizes consisting of several questions after/during a training session 
  3. A general test designed to measure the target knowledge and skills (before and after training in order to measure change)
