Program Goals

The International Program for Development Evaluation (IPDE) “Taqeem” has two key objectives that can be split into sub-objectives

Fostering advanced skills and knowledge covering the area of Developmental Evaluation (DE)

– Gaining insights into challenges and stakes facing evaluation practices in their relevant different contexts.

– Acquiring competencies and practical skills in the area of evaluation planning in development contexts.

Developing participants’ experience, and delving deeper into a pool of   knowledge, approaches, and methodologies of evaluation concepts.

Developing and managing high-quality evaluations that contribute to decision-making, and thereby improving the delivery of useful   interventions and impact maximization.

Allowing participants to join a network of Arabic-speaking evaluators working in a development context

Getting involved in direct Interaction with keynote professionals and experts from across the globe in areas covering International Development and Development Evaluation.

Creating networks intended for mutual sharing of   knowledge and forging relationships with Global Groups of Developmental Evaluation Practitioners and exchange of information.
