Dr. Saadoun Al-Saadoun, the President of the Council of NGOs, and His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Adlan Al-Shamrani, the CEO of the Alathar Center, signed in Riyadh today a memorandum of understanding between the Council of NGOs and the Alathar Center.

The agreement revolved around fostering integration, coordination and ongoing collaboration between the two parties with a view to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 ,raising awareness about development and impact measurement practices ,and making professional development programs for workers in non-profit organizations covering impact development, forging means of joint cooperation between the two parties in capacity-building of the non-profit sector in its practices of development business , monitoring and evaluation of development programs and observed impact measurement in the non-profit sector
